Institute Refund Policy for Courses and Services

1. General Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the institute's portal.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days (e.g., 7-14 days) after approval.
  • Processing fees or administrative charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility Based on Course Type

  • Short-Term Courses / Workshops:
    • Before Course Start: 100% refund minus admin fees.
    • After Course Start: No refund after the first session.
  • Long-Term Courses / Diploma Programs:
    • More than 30 days before start: 90% refund.
    • 15–30 days before start: 75% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before start: 50% refund.
    • After Course Commencement:
      • Within the first week: 50% refund.
      • After the first week: No refund.
  • Online Courses (Self-Paced / Pre-recorded):
    • If the course has been accessed: No refund.
    • If the course hasn’t been accessed within 7 days, a partial refund may be considered.

3. Special Cases & Exceptions

  • Medical / Personal Emergencies: Case-by-case basis with proper documentation.
  • Course Cancellation by Institute: Full refund or transfer to another batch.
  • Technical Issues (For Online Courses): Refunds considered if issues prevent access.

4. Payment-Related Policies

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If payment was made via a third-party finance option, refund terms of that provider will apply.
